Stracciatella

Stracciatella is a stretched curd fresh cheese, white in colour made with buffalo's milk. Basically, Stracciatella can be described as burrata cheese mixed with small strands of harder mozzarella. It's a wonderful creamy mix that can be used in salads, filling, or eaten as a dip/spread.
